Vanguard Technologies signs MoU with Testing Technologies to use its products as part of Vanguard Model Based Testing Services

Vanguard Technologies Ltd, Dublin, Ireland.  12-January-2006.   Vanguard Technologies today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Testing Technologies IST GmbH to use its TTCN-3 TTworkbench to execute tests cases that has been generated from Conformiq model based testing toolset as part of Vanguard Technologies model-based testing managed services.

Many companies are now using TTCN-3 as a test generation language to create test scripts for the communications and embedded market place.  “By using TTworkbench to execute TTCN-3 test cases automatically generated by Conformiq Test Generator software from a test model, users will be able use the model based approach and still generate test cases that are compatible with TTCN-3 test language” said Suleiman Shehu, CEO Vanguard Technologies Ltd.

TTCN-3 is the only international standardized test specification and implementation language for the universal testing of telecom and datacom networks as well as black and grey box testing.

Vanguard will be using other products such as XMF/Mosaic ®, Test Generator ® and TTworkbench  together with Vanguard Model Based Testing methodology to provide a Model based testing service using software design models to automatically generate the software test models which is then used to automatically generate and executed the required software test cases.
